Rates-
Psychotherapy (Individual) - $175.00 per 50-minute session. Family & Couples- $ 200.00 per 60-minute session. Life Coaching- $180 per 50-minute session. Sliding scale services are available on a limited basis. Life Coaching Whether you are interested in Life Coaching to help you create goals for yourself, or to receive some structure and guidance in accomplishing your goals, allow me to support you.

Counseling Services
My practice is individualized to meet the specific needs of my clients. I work with adults, couples, families, and adolescents. In our work together, I teach Mindfulness techniques to help reduce anxiety and depression as well as to promote overall better health. I am also a Christian therapist and support clients in developing a closer connection to God.

Payment
Cash, check and credit cards are accepted. I also accept PayPal and Venmo. If your check is rejected, an additional $25.00 service charge will be added to your fee.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and/or you have not given at least 24 hours advance notice of cancellation, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
Insurance
I do not accept medical insurance. However, I will provide you with a Superbill indicating you are participating in counseling services to provide to your insurance company, for possible reimbursement.
Good Faith Estimate- (No Surprises Act)
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
