Discover

There are times in life when we feel unsettled or we need more support.  Things don't feel right, and we don't know why or what has changed.  What we do know is that we don't want to feel alone, sad or afraid.  We want something to change...and fast.  Whatever it may be...a strained relationship, a loss, a change in our job, or a health diagnosis/limitation, we want to feel better.  Or, maybe you are experiencing stress, anxiety, or depression due to a life transition or from the day-to-day responsibilities in your life.

When we take the time to discover and acknowledge the challenges we are facing, we can learn skills to help us cope.  As your therapist, I am on this journey with you.  You are not alone.  Often times, when a person feels safe enough to share their deepest fears and worries with a trusted person, they begin to heal.  The shame starts to go away, and a new sense of self begins to emerge, resulting in more confidence and peace.  I offer a supportive and non-judgmental environment for my clients.  You will find in our work together, that you are beginning to discover and explore the fears that keep you from moving forward in your relationships and in your life.
